Vasectomy reversal, known as vasovasostomy or vasoepididymostomy, is a surgical procedure for men who previously had a vasectomy and now wish to restore their fertility. It aims to reconnect the sperm-carrying tubes (vas deferens) to allow sperm to flow again, with the goal of achieving pregnancy.
