Hydrocele
Hydrocele is a common condition where fluid collects around a testicle, causing a painless, soft swelling in the scrotum. It often occurs in newborns or later in life due to injury, infection, or inflammation. While usually harmless and often resolving on its own, larger hydroceles might require medical attention if they cause discomfort or concerns.
