Urethral Stricture (Scarring)

Urethral stricture is a narrowing of the urethra, the tube that carries urine out of the body, due to scar tissue. This scarring can make urination difficult, causing a weak stream, straining, or frequent infections. It often stems from injury, infection, or medical procedures and is managed with procedures to widen the urethra or surgery.
