Hi, I’m Dr. Nicole Alavi‑Dunn, a urologist at Prevea Health in Green Bay. I specialize in treating urinary and sexual health concerns, including urethral stricture disease, incontinence, lichen sclerosis, erectile dysfunction, and vasectomy care.
I earned my medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, completed my urologic surgery residency at the University at Buffalo, and pursued advanced fellowship training in Genitourinary Reconstruction and Male Pelvic Health at Loyola University Chicago.
I love urology because it allows me to build long-term relationships with my patients while helping them elevate their quality of life. I truly believe in a collaborative, team-based approach to care, and I want every patient to feel heard and supported.
