Penile fracture

Penile fracture is a rare but serious injury that occurs when the protective sheath around the erectile tissue in the penis tears, often due to sudden trauma or bending during intercourse. Symptoms include a popping sound, immediate pain, swelling, and bruising. Treatment usually requires prompt medical attention. To prevent it, being gentle and cautious during sexual activity is advised. If you suspect a penile fracture, seeking urgent care is important for recovery and function.
