Aortic Aneurysm
An aortic aneurysm is a weakened, bulging area in the aorta, the body's largest artery. Often symptomless, it can become very serious if it grows or ruptures. Risk factors include high blood pressure, smoking, and family history. Management typically involves regular monitoring, medication, and sometimes surgery. Lifestyle changes like blood pressure control are vital.
