Genital lymphedema is chronic swelling of the private areas (penis, scrotum, vulva) due to a problem with the lymphatic system's ability to drain fluid. It can cause discomfort and heaviness. Management involves specialized therapies, careful skin care, and lifestyle adjustments to reduce swelling and improve comfort.
