Bladder Neck Contracture
Bladder neck contracture is a narrowing of the bladder's exit, often due to scar tissue from surgery or inflammation. This can lead to difficulty urinating, a weak stream, frequent urges, and incomplete emptying. Treatment usually involves procedures to widen the opening. While adjusting fluid intake can help manage symptoms, medical intervention is typically needed to resolve the physical blockage.
