Scoliosis is a condition where the spine develops a sideways curve, often appearing during growth spurts in adolescence. It can lead to uneven shoulders or hips, and occasionally back pain. While the cause is often unknown, it's typically managed with observation, bracing, or, in some cases, surgery. An active lifestyle is generally encouraged.
