Failed Neck Surgery Syndrome (FNSS) is persistent or new neck and arm pain occurring *after* surgery to relieve these symptoms. Often due to nerve irritation or scar tissue, it's a complex condition. While challenging, treatments including physical therapy, medication, and sometimes a spinal cord stimulator, aim to manage pain and improve daily function.
