Kidney cancer, localized

Localized kidney cancer means abnormal cells are found only within the kidney. Often found early and incidentally (by accident on an imaging study for something unrelated). The patients are usually asymptomatic- becaue the mass is too small to cause anything, and management can be as simple as surveillance.
