Elevated PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) is a blood test used to screen for prostate issues. Often asymptomatic, an elevated PSA doesn't necessarily mean cancer; it can be due to benign enlargement or inflammation. Further evaluation helps determine the cause and guide next steps.
