Metastatic Castration-Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mCSPC), Treatment Naive, describes prostate cancer that has spread beyond the prostate but still responds to hormone-lowering treatments. "Treatment naive" indicates this advanced cancer has not yet received systemic therapy. Symptoms can include bone pain or fatigue; treatment aims to control the cancer with hormone therapy and other medications, supported by a healthy lifestyle for overall well-being.
