High-Grade Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer with Carcinoma In Situ (CIS) means aggressive cancer cells are found only in the inner lining of your bladder, not yet in the muscle. This condition has returned or persisted despite prior BCG treatment, indicating a need for alternative therapies. Symptoms can include blood in urine. Management focuses on removing cancerous tissue and exploring other treatments to prevent spread or recurrence, as this form can be persistent.
