Catheter Removal

Catheter removal is the process of safely taking out a temporary medical tube (catheter) from your body when it's no longer needed for treatment or monitoring. You might feel a brief pulling sensation or mild discomfort during removal. Afterwards, it's important to stay hydrated and watch for any unusual symptoms, like pain or signs of infection; contact your care team with concerns.
